We will accept a return for a refund on merchandise purchased at anitaberisha.com within 14 days of receiving. If this timeframe has passed, we can not offer a refund.

SALE ITEMS - All orders purchased during any of our sales or discount promotions, are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
To request an eligible return, please email orders@anitaberisha.com with your reason.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, and any shipping fees paid during the initial purchase are non-refundable.
Before shipping your return, this must be approved by us via email.
Items must be sent back unused, undamaged, in all their original packaging.
Once we receive the return in our studio, we will inspect the item(s) to see if it meets all the criteria mentioned above. If it does, we will then issue the refund to your original payment form and notify you via email. Usually the refund will show up within 2-7 days. Please be sure to follow all instructions for returning your purchase. Failure to do so may result in delays or inability to process your return.
• Items sent to us without our knowledge will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
• We will not accept returns, and are not responsible for Anita Berisha Jewelry items purchased from other retailers that carry our products.
