SHIPPING

All our products are hand-made and made-to-order for each purchase. On every product's page, there is a statement with the estimated production time that we need to fulfill your order. With the exception of Ready-To-Ship items, usually, this time is 2-5 business day.

This means that no matter what type of shipping option you choose at check-out, we will still need the estimated production time stated on the items' page, before we ship your order out.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
We ship with the USPS and UPS carriers. All shipping costs will be automatically calculated at check out based on your location and shipping option.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We ship with USPS First Class and DHL Express internationally.

• USPS First Class is the cheapest option, but it takes 1-4 weeks to deliver depending on your location.

*Important: When you select USPS as your shipping option, please note that once the parcel leaves the United States, it gets transferred to your local government postal service, which might affect the tracking not being updated sometimes. If there are any shipping delays, please contact your local customs/post office by providing your tracking number, as we are unable to do so on your behalf.

•
DHL Express takes 3-7 business days worldwide, and we recommend you choose this option if you're purchasing for a specific time of arrival and want more reliable tracking. We suggest you add a signature upon arrival for a more secure delivery.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES:
Import duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price or shipping rate. Customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may incur.

LOST PARCELS:
Please ensure that your given delivery address is correct and secure.
We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
Items returned to us as "undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address" will be reissued if and when they are received back at Anita Berisha Jewelry, and a reshipment fee will incur.
