Returns & Exchanges

If you're not happy with your new item, we will accept a return or exchange on merchandise purchased at anitaberisha.com within 14 days after the item is received. If this timeframe has passed, we can not accept a return.
To request a return, please email orders@anitaberisha.com with your reason.
In this event, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
​Please also note that the original 
shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded.

Items must be sent back unused, undamaged, in their original packaging.


• Items returned without our knowledge will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
• We will not accept returns, and are not responsible for Anita Berisha Jewelry items purchased from other retailers.
For faulty items or repairs, please email us at orders@anitaberisha.com with your issue, include an image so we can assist you better.
 
Sale Items: ​All items purchased during our sales, are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
