Returns & Exchanges

If you're not happy with your new item, we will accept a return or exchange on merchandise purchased at within 14 days after the item is received. If this timeframe has passed, we can not accept a return.
To request a return, please email with your reason.
In this event, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded.

Items must be sent back unused, undamaged, in their original packaging.

• Items returned without our knowledge will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
• We will not accept returns, and are not responsible for Anita Berisha Jewelry items purchased from other retailers.
