Returns & Exchanges

If you're not happy with your new item, we will accept a return or exchange on merchandise purchased at anitaberisha.com within 14 days after your item has been delivered. If this timeframe has passed, due to the nature of our Made-To-Order products, we can not accept a return or exchange.
To request a return, please email orders@anitaberisha.com with your reason.
In this event, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
​Please also note that the original 
shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded.

Items must be sent back unused, undamaged, in their original packaging.
Please share the tracking number with us at orders@anitaberisha.com. Once we have received the return in our studio, we will inspect the item and issue the refund to your original payment form. Usually this will show up within 2-4 days.

• Items returned without our knowledge will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
• We will not accept returns, and are not responsible for Anita Berisha Jewelry items purchased from other retailers that carry our products.
For faulty items or repairs, please email us at orders@anitaberisha.com with your issue, include an image so we can assist you better.
