We will accept a return for a refund on merchandise purchased at anitaberisha.com within 14 days of receiving your order. If this timeframe has passed, we can not offer a refund. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, and any shipping fees paid during the initial purchase will not be refunded.
To request an eligible return, please email orders@anitaberisha.com with your reason.
Your return must be approved by us via email, before shipping it back. After the approval, you have 2 days to ship the order back and update us with the tracking number within this timeframe. We can not accept returns that are sent to us without the tracking number, and after the 2 day timeframe has passed. These packages will be returned to the sender.
We strongly suggest you add insurance and a signature for safe delivery, as we can not issue a refund if the parcel is lost or if we have not received it even if the tracking says delivered.
Items must be sent back in the same way the have arrived; unused, undamaged, in all their original and shipping packaging.
Once we receive the return, we will inspect the item(s) to see if it meets all the criteria mentioned above. If it does, we will then issue the refund to your original payment form and notify you via email. Usually the refund will show up within 2-7 days.
IMPORTANT: Please be sure to follow all the instructions above for returning your purchase. Failure to do so may result in the inability to process your return.
We will return to the sender any orders that do not meet our criteria.
Up to 80% restocking fee will apply to any damages made during transit if the item is repairable by us.
• Items sent to us without our knowledge will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
• We will not accept returns, and are not responsible for Anita Berisha Jewelry items purchased from other retailers that carry our products.
