What we repair:

• Broken ear posts and clasps
• Worn findings and hardware
• Restringing for necklaces and bracelets
  

How it works: Email orders@anitaberisha.com with photos of your piece. We'll provide a quote (typically $15-$100 depending on repair complexity) and timeline (1-3 weeks). If approved, ship your piece to us, and we'll repair and return it.

Please note: Repairs are only available for pieces purchased from anitaberisha.com. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

EARLY COLLECTION UPGRADES

As we've grown, our production methods have evolved significantly. If you purchased a piece before 2024 and would like to explore upgrading to our current finishing quality, reach out to orders@anitaberisha.com - we may be able to help at a reduced cost or complimentary, depending on the piece.
