RETURN POLICY ~ updated July'25

 

 

We will accept a return for a refund on eligible merchandise purchased at anitaberisha.com within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it meets our return criteria. If this timeframe has passed, we can not offer a refund. 


The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Any shipping fees paid during the initial purchase will not be refunded.


 

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS:

 

  • Please be advised that due to the nature of any of our Made To Order items, we can only issue a Store Credit on these purchases.

  • After completing the return process, store credit will be issued via email, and it will be valid for one full year from the date of activation.

  • All Made-To-Order items are visibly marked as such above their name and price.




NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND:

 

Unfortunately, we can not issue a Refund or Return for the products under the conditions below. Please carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase: 


  • SALE ITEMS: All orders purchased during our sales or by using a discount code are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • HOMEWARE: These items are limited edition and considered Final Sale. They cannot be returned or refunded.

  • CUSTOMIZATIONS: Any customization done to your items is considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • CUSTOM-MADE-ITEMS: Most of our Birthstone items are custom-made to your order based on your personal choice of the month, shell size and shell variation, therefore these items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded. All Custom Made Items are visibly marked as such above their name and price.
  • LAST CHANCE ITEMS: We are discontinuing these items from this Menu starting 01/01/2026, and unfortunately, we are not able to accept these returns. They are considered Final Sale.



HOW TO START A RETURN:

 

  • To request an eligible return, please email orders@anitaberisha.com with a brief explanation of your reason.

  • Once approved by us via email, you have 3 business days to ship the order back and update us with the tracking number within this timeframe. We can not accept returns that are sent to us without a tracking number, and the timeframe has passed. These packages will be returned to the sender.

  • Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in all their original packaging and shipping materials.

  • Failure to follow our policy and to properly pack your order may result in damage during transit, which will unfortunately prevent us from processing your return.


REFUNDS:

 

  • Once we receive your approved return, we will inspect the order if it meets all the criteria mentioned above.

  • If so, we will then issue the refund to your original payment form, and a notification email will be sent automatically once the refund has been processed.

  • Once the refund has been processed, the funds will show up within 3-10 days, based on your payment method 


EXCHANGES:

 

  • If you are not happy with your purchase, you can initiate a return and place a separate order for the desired item. 




DAMAGES:

 

  • Please contact us at orders@anitaberisha.com if your item has arrived damaged. Please provide us with photos so we can assist more effectively.

 

ANITA BERISHA RETAILERS:

 

  • We cannot accept returns, and are not responsible for Anita Berisha Jewelry items purchased from other retailers that carry our products. Please contact the store/website directly.
