RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on eligible merchandise purchased at anitaberisha.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

STANDARD ITEMS (Ready-to-Ship)

 

Eligible for a full refund if returned within 14 days of delivery in unworn, original condition.

 

 

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

 

Eligible for store credit only (not refunds) if returned within 14 days of delivery in unworn, original condition.

Made-to-order items include:

  • Birthstone jewelry (all complete birthstone necklaces, pendants, and birthstone charms)
  • Any items marked "MADE TO ORDER" on the product page

Why store credit only? Each made-to-order piece is handcrafted specifically for your order with your chosen specifications. This policy allows us to continue offering handcrafted, personalized jewelry while maintaining fair pricing.

How it works: After your return is approved and received, store credit will be issued via email within 5-7 business days. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue and can be used on any future purchase.

 

 

FINAL SALE (Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds)

 

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items - All orders purchased during sales or with discount codes
  • Homeware - Limited edition items
  • Gift cards

 

 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

 

  1. Email us: Contact orders@anitaberisha.com within 14 days of delivery with:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Brief reason for return
  2. Get approval: We'll review your request and respond within 1-2 business days
  3. Ship it back: Once approved, you have 7 days to ship your return and provide us with tracking information. Returns without tracking numbers cannot be accepted.
  4. Pack carefully: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in all original packaging. Improperly packed returns may be damaged in transit and will not be eligible for refund or store credit.

 

 

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

 

Standard items: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Funds will appear in your account within 3-10 days depending on your payment method.

Made-to-order items: Store credit is issued via email within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

 

 

EXCHANGES

 

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

 

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at orders@anitaberisha.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll work with you to make it right.

This does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by wear or misuse
  • Items damaged due to improper return packaging


 

ITEMS PURCHASED FROM RETAILERS

 

We cannot accept returns for Anita Berisha jewelry purchased from other retailers. Please contact the store where you made your purchase directly.
