We will accept a return or exchange on merchandise purchased at anitaberisha.com within 14 days of delivery. If this timeframe has passed, we can not offer a refund.

Items purchased with discounts or during our sales, are not eligible for refund, they are considered final sale. To request a return, please email: orders@anitaberisha.com with your reason.The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, and the shipping fee paid during the purchase can not be refunded. Items must be sent back unused, undamaged, in their original packaging. Before shipping your return, your order must approved by us via email. Once we have received the return in our studio, we will inspect the item and issue the refund to your original payment form. Usually this will show up within 2-4 days.
